It’s a beautiful day for a daydream

Saturday some friends and I took our dogs down to the prison yard fenced off Japanese Gardens at Terrace Park in Sux Falls and watched kids poke the dead carp in Covell Lake.
What’s up with that stupid ugly fence anyway? I swear, the way they blow tax money in this town baffles me.
