More regressive taxation from the Governor’s Office

The Führer of SD is at it again. He just loves double taxation (remember the cell phone tax.) Just as long as his corporate buddies, family contractors and millionaires don’t need to pay a red cent in income tax, we’ll continue to screw the consumer.
