   Funny how the checks are already eaten up by inflation by the time we get them - even funnier that the inflation was caused by stupid spending for stupid reasons such as this stimulus check.
   Quit borrowing and printing more money, and quit lowering the fed funds rate. Once the dollar rebounds, this whole thing will slow to a managable level.

   Yeah, I could care less if I got the check or not. Trust me, I have oodles of stuff I can spend it on, but giving me $600 won’t do me a damn bit of good. Give me all the money I have paid into SS, I’ll find a way to spend that.

   That would be about the only way our generation will ever see the money we put into the SS system. I don’t want to see old people put out on the street any more than my bleeding heart liberal friends. But SS is a Ponzi scheme of the lowest order.

   It belongs to my kids. It’s going into their accounts, because ultimately, our doofus President is “lending” us something that our kids will have to pay back with horrid interest. Oh, add the unjust, inept war onto that too…..

   I changed my mind. at the women in business extravaganza I learned about a new lipsuction disolve procedure that will leave me smooth and tone and only costs $1200. They do it while you’re awake and it’s nearly pain free. So I’m taking my dough and my hubbys dough and gonna get a new ass and shiny new thighs.
