Thursday morning news(?) roundup; Fart Tax
I guess the recession just mysteriously crept up on us;
Governor Rounds says South Dakota is not escaping the recession. The national economy is having a ripple effect on the local economies of cities across the state. And the Governor expects the economic news in South Dakota to get worse before it gets better.
