Petition Update

We are still collecting petition signatures but we are also in a holding pattern right now to. We are still reviewing the legality of the initiative and hope to have some clear answers by next week.

Smilin’ Mike Rounds is just full of ample advice;
For that to happen, Rounds told lawmakers at the opening of the 2009 legislative session Tuesday, the Legislature will need to resist the urge to spend more.

Former “American Idol” finalist Jamie Paul Koehler has pleaded not guilty in 7th Circuit Court to a felony charge of grand theft by embezzlement.
Koehler, 32, Rapid City, is accused of stealing several thousand dollars from a family member. The maximum penalty upon conviction is 10 years in prison [...]

So I’m watching Doug Lund’s favorite TV station last night while practicing drums and listening to the litany of State Representatives comment to a reporter about Rounds’ budget (BS) address, which Heidepriem called a “Wasted opportunity.” or more like a wasted politician.
