More on the SF parks spending Spree
I found this paragraph from there spring meeting interesting;

Gov. Moose Drool has Mike Rounds syndrome
Rocky, it seems when you are a governor, you are expected to work and pay attention.
Syndrome symptoms include; ignoring the ecomony for months and the citizen needs of the state. Brought on by poor management skills and catering to special interest groups.

Of course the Gargoyle Leader has gotten on their hands and knees praying to the Pavilion Gods and praising the City for bending the taxpayer’s over the barrel for another unneeded expense.

Open records with Exceptions? What’s so ‘open’ about that?

Senator Knudson is wasting his time if he thinks their needs to be exceptions;
This year, the presumption of openness bill is being written by Senate Republican Leader Dave Knudson of Sioux Falls. He says the legislation will presume government records are open and will contain a list of specific exceptions.
