    Oh, I think Vernon is probably steaming like fresh horseshit on a january morn after he FAILED hard on the 1% tax increase. If the guy can’t even run an organization like the SF Municipal league how does he think he can run SD’s largest city. He reminds me of Obama a little, all talk and no action. If the paper today he says one of his biggest accomplishments was the ZOO. Huh? Taxpayers bailing out something we didn’t need to buy is an accomplishment? You have only costed us millions more for something the city shouldn’t be in the business of.
