    Can you say, “Hepatitis Popcicle”?

  2. And Pennington County is worried about septic tanks that “might” cause a problem in Rapid Creek.

Not here in Sewer Falls. We just pump it into the street. I guess you could say the city is without a paddle . . .

I saw that story last night, but was it really necessary to feature a close-up of a used tampon? Real classy.

Seriously KELO – the spoken word is sufficient in these types of cases!

However the city does sort of have a point. If they weren’t pumping that sewage would have backed up into basements in the area – so although it might stink (pun intended) to have sewage pumped on the street, it is probably better than the alternative.

It’s what happens when you have shit for fixing potholes. The mayor should do a photo op shoveling some of this. He could use the tampons to clean out his ears and listen to what courts have to say about due process.

I think pads with wings would work better . . . I’m just saying.
