It reminded my of this toon I did of Noem in 2010;

1st of all the “Big” farmers such as NOem does not want the farm bill to change, they have never made so much money farming as they have the last 5 to 7 years.

Those same farmers and ranchers, and the very “conservative, straight ticket, bible pounding” republicans just love that “just got out of bed” hair and that little “bounce” of the horsey ride.

How big is that Noem farm? Does the Mr. do the planting and harvesting? Maybe during his lunch hour of his insurance business.
