Are TIFs seen as stocking stuffers or actual presents? What’s the protocol here?….. Don’t forget the high-speed train depot (near Brandon) nor the new parking ramp at the Events Center too…. How about a downtown condo for everyone…. Man, I love Christmas…… I can’t wait….

  3. Would Kermit be considered the Christmas Gringe in all of this. Ha!

  5. Another huge gift to developers has been the reduced sized of residential lots. Take a drive south of 57th and east of Southeastern and see how small these lots are and how close together the homes are now being built. Yesterdays average family homes backyard will be today’s over sized property. This affects us all.

Who and when were allowed these crooks to change the rules and allow homes to be built to close to each other? Seriously, you can jump from roof to roof. Hve these small crammed together developments become the new norm? You better love your neighbor because you’re going to have to be on his yard to play a game of catch with your kids.

Right – because big sprawling suburbia is sooo… taxpayer dollar efficient a way to plan a city. NOT.
