    I’ve seen the Mayor cry so many times I can’t even watch him speak any more.

    I still can’t figure out if it’s an act for the crowd or if he’s really that emotionally imbalanced.

    Oath of office is a pledge. For the mayor & council the ‘protect & defend the constitution’ part was a lie. The city does not conform to state civil procedures despite an order from state supreme court. Sioux Falls citizens are denied fundamental due process.
