    Water must go somewhere. Some have no choice but to use the sewer line. City planning doesn’t work for citizens but for developers with swampland that should have remained sleugh. I have no respect for this mayor. Scolding and fining those you did not represent is no answer.

  5. To comply with the ordinance is fairly simple and inexpensive. Discharge out of the house. It’s the right thing to do, regardless of your differences with the city officials.
