    The videos are done “in house” to save money. We need to upgrade the cameras and microphones. There are vendors with some slick systems which add bells and whistles but they cost tens of thousands.

    Why does there need to be a committee formed for this? Typical government solution, form a committee. That way no one is responsible ad it takes forever to get to that point. You know what the problem is, JUST FIX IT!
