Usually when I read the city council agenda I have a bit of concern, but David couldn’t resist to add a little humor into the agenda this week by putting in this paragraph (twice). I wonder if he also made eight metal disclaimer signs the city councilors could put on their vehicles?

    How come the Rapid City council responds to public comment? This legaleze belongs at the bottom of Viagra commercials where nobody pays attention to it. Especially, the courts.

    Since when does the city attorney comply with state supreme court? Home Rule Charter defines the city of Sioux Falls as an unregulated sovereign nation. We’re the 8th Indian reservation in the state. Where’s the federal money? Isn’t pot legal on reservations?
