    Still claiming the suspect existed and was pointing a ‘gun’. But have NO leads. Officer Davis shot at moving suspect 8 times from 30 feet. The chief chastised the ‘critics’. Well, Doug, it has been two weeks, you have no leads, and you are not letting an outside source investigate (Sheriff or DCI). I guess that is my biggest criticism, how can the SFPD investigate itself fairly?

    If police really want to shed light on Tuthill Park shooting incident, they should release body microphone audio from officer involved.

    Lots of police shooting incidents in the last 12 months. If the city will not properly train cops, they could at least send them to one of those ‘who done it’ dinner theater shows. Anywhere in Sioux Falls is safe unless police are present. Then it’s scary.

    I’m a little surprised as this is not the officer I thought. Same year hired and same age as person I know.

    Anyways. I would strongly urge the PD doesn’t allow this officer attempt to kill deer. Might want to think about giving him 1 bullet as well.

    Only reason why they don’t release the audio is it’s embarrassing. Someone needs to get it through the freedom of info act.
