Kevin Smith, I am told, has left the city for the private sector. Kevin worked for Code Enforcement division, I think, he was on the TV a lot telling us how to cut weeds and measure our grass. Thanks.

Kevin, just remember, freedom is a good thing. Good luck in your future endeavors!

He supervised citizen hearings requiring directors. He wasn’t a director. When recordings of the hearings were subpoenaed into court, the city contended they didn’t happen. For my city action, I supplied a recording. On the recording, the city halted the hearing to change their recording device batteries. A recording device used at a hearing that didn’t happen.

I’m hoping this is the beginning of cleaning up the integrity of planning and zoning. The deception and unconstitutional illegal methods are incomprehensable. Next to leave should be Shawna Goldhammer & Brad Hartman.

    Good Riddance.

This guy, under the direction of MMM, was the high priced city employee who has been leading the overreaching that has been done by Code Enforcement staff.

  4. Wonder what he did that upset mmm. All higher ups under mmm must be shaking in there shoes about who will be next if they don’t follow the oligarch. We’d really like to know and see the financial books not the ones cooked like a the old truckers 2 sets of books. One for the gov. And another that is true.
