Another parks and rec area that is taking a hit in budget cuts is the SF Municipal Band. There 2015 summer schedule is not posted yet that I know of, but many of its previous years stops are no longer on their tour. Places like the Sunnycrest Retirement Village and other senior communities have been cut out. Many, many immobile senior citizens looked forward each year to this event. Not any more. But hey….look at the bright side. While senior citizens stare at four walls, our Snowfox swim team will have a place to call home.
