Julie Briggs Named City’s Human Rights Community Coordinator

Julie Briggs has been hired as the City of Sioux Falls’ Human Rights Community Coordinator. This position will work to identify and conduct targeted community outreach to diverse, underserved, and vulnerable populations.

And now it seems she has a new job already;

Kind of makes you wonder why the turnover? Doubt it has anything to do with the boss.

    The city answer to human rights is it’s opposite from human lefts. If you don’t play tennis or swim, you don’t deserve attention. There’s no ethnic cleansing but the jail is full of vagrants when there’s a downtown event.
