6 Thoughts on “Won’t get pooled again

  1. Well sit right back and you’ll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip. We took the city up on the promised public tour of the new indoor cement pond in what used to be Spellerberg Park. We wanted to get a look at it as we have been promised several times. Apparently during the last public tour we missed our chance to hear tour guides extol all kinds of promises. One such promise was the north open grass area being turned into a parking lot.

Then again it is SouthDacola and Cameraman Bruce showing up ready to ask all kinds of questions they do not wanted to answer. BTW, how’s that VA Quit Claim Deed negotiation doing Fiddle Faddle? Oh that’s right, you didn’t tell the truth to the City Council and media about how you were working it out and the process was going swimmingly.

So here’s our tale of the fateful trip to be lied to again. Everyone can tell us, as other “retiree” visitors did on June 28, 2016, we aren’t media like the TV stations and newspaper but we stand by so many court rulings across the USA, Bloggers are media. When will this po-dunk little town establishment understand the concept of the 1st Amendment rights of the press and there is no certifying body for being press? We don’t know but as long as this mayor and his administration work so hard to hide what they are doing, we will show up with our camera and keyboard.

The first time I drove by I couldn’t believe how big this building is. What is inside besides an indoor pool?

Sounds like leave the camera behind and do a cell phone video. If it’s a public tour, pictures or video cannot be excepted. Media (especially) cannot be denied reporting. Now I’m wondering what they have to hide and how much the city unconstitutionally restricts the press. Sioux Falls Construction cannot restrict the public if it’s (indeed) a public tour.
Do a piece on the McKennon Park monster house.

Who will be first to video a turd floating in the new indoor pool? Keep cell phones handy. This is important as Rodney King.

Wiseman = So nervous he couldn’t stop swinging his arms the entire time and looked like a 12 year old kid on the playround. He is the best they have?
Pearson = So nervous she couldn’t stop licking her lips and acting like she’d just ate a mega PB and J sandwich. Get some chapstick! Show the place off! Its a new crown jewel, no need to hide the work
Miedema= marching to the drum and following orders
Kearney = Really? Calling Kendra for permission? Last time I checked he was the Director of Parks! She is what?
