    Someone is trying to sell the City on altering the course of the Sioux River with a whitewater rafting park. He has already been before the SF Park Board to pitch his ludicrous idea.

    I say ludicrous because this is a river that even City officials warn people to stay out of. Why? Because the U.S. Department of Natural Resources (DNR) ranks it as one of the most contaminated (polluted) rivers in the country.

    Now, let’s all go whitewater rafting…….
