    How convenient for Legacy.

  2. It’s convenient unless a potential grand jury begins to inquirer into why a construction company, which had already been scolded for prior recent projects in town, felt embolden to do dangerous and questionable work beyond the permission of the initial permit….. Was it stupidity, arrogance, or arrogance from third party assurance?….. Who are the investors?

As tragic as this event and the reading of the fact finding of this event in the initial claim is, I did, however, find humor in the question about “Union Status,” which read “NonUnion.” The answer should have been, “Uh, it’s South Dakota, what do you think?”

  3. OSHA investigators and engineers have been at the scene for days trying to determine what caused the collapse.
