    There is no rush for this. Construction can’t begin until summer. It sure looks like Huether is trying to direct this contract into his buddies before the end of his term.

    Even if councilors have reservations about a project, they may still vote for the 1st reading and than vote NO on the 2nd reading. I can’t see Pat supporting this in it’s current form.

    Also, this is the guy the city wants to sign a contract with;
