Code enforcement got some attention. I was disappointed with Anderson’s comment. The city has lots of redundant ordinances yet they make their own rules when there’s a situation. The judicial ordinance doesn’t allow citizens nor they to sue. Basically, they harass you to provoke neighbor to neighbor litigation. They’re the bully that starts the fight then sneaks out the back door when the fight starts.
