What’s important is that Huether is gone. It will be a relief when he moves on. Let them ‘Listen and Learn’ how a narcissist sociopath can ruin their objective.

As I have been telling people, I hope I never have to type his name on this blog ever again after May 15, unless the Sheriff makes an announcement about his arrest warrant.

If my wonderful Alma mater even interviews this egotistical dictator, I will deny ever having attended and graduated from its’ halls.

I have been told by several people he can’t take the job because he doesn’t have a Master Degree. But, as we know with MMM, rules were meant to be broken.

  6. I can’t imagine a Republican Board of Regents would ever give this job to him. Why would they ever want to facilitate his ambitions?…. But I have heard a rumor, that Daugaard is in the running, however. Has anyone else heard that rumor? That way, Michels could be a “Wollman Governor;” and it looks great on ones resume too. Plus, both Dennis and Matt are USD alumni as well…It fits…..

This guy was fake to begin with. His future is a random inference within media nobody recognizes. Goodbye our man mike in a tennis skirt.

  10. Scott,

Abbott always has had a lot of Republican friends.

In fact, in ’96, Weiland made it an issue in the Democratic congressional primary that year, that Abbott’s wife had contributed to Janklow’s campaigns in the past.

I have always thought too, that the Janklow wing of the GOP had two candidates for Governor in 2002 to edge their bets, Barnett and Abbott; and it was under Janklow, with the Regents acquiescence, that Abbott was made the USD President in ’97 and allowed to take a sabbatical from the presidency to run for governor in 2002.. Plus, Janklow always seemed to have a hold on his Regents like no other Republican governor has ever had in this state.

I don’t think Huether has any reaches into the South Dakota GOP like that, does he?
