I think we all remember when the man of ‘C’ Street fame, who had a different Thune, I mean tune:

Exactly what inspired the toon. The Gippers will do anything to protect there president, even though he is a lying sack. Here is a great article by Salon about DT;

Andy Kaufman had a dry comedy skit where he only sang the ‘Here I come to save the day’ part of the Mighty Mouse song. Reminds me of Thune whenever Trump needs a cheerleader.

The reason the GOP lies so much, is because they are the sales department for predatory capitalism. That’s predatory capitalism and not genuine captialism.

Genuine captialism sells a product of value, while predatory capitalism sells anything and in anyway so as to get ahead in true “caveat emptor” mentality or self righteouslness and justification.

I think we have all worked for businesses at times, where the sales departments had a reputation. The sales departments were the cesspool of the business. The swamp, if you will. It was where “the sauage is made” with the evetual profit from these sales being the more accepted product, which somehow allowed the businesses to accept, ironically, a Marx’s mentality that “…the ends justify the means.” Or, to put it more simply, the businesses, or the GOP in this case, are nothing but a bunch of used car salesmen, who are trying to profit and pay homage to their boss or bosses, but at the expense of the consumer or consumers, or should we say the American people in this case?…….:
