Basically, this is a snapshot of the Huether era. According to these stats, there are two bright areas: domestic assaults and vandalism are down since 2011. But everything else is up since 2011. In fact, the number of incidents reported, or what some would call reported crimes, has gone up 43.8% since 2011. But I don’t think our population went up that much in those seven years, did it?…. Oh well, so what, I guess its just time to grab a bowl of ice cream and sit back and watch….”On the Road with……”
The boom in Meth and Heroin seizures is especially disturbing. These drugs ruin families and the local economy. The numbers are dangerous and disastrous. Isn’t it time for federal focus and intervention?
