14 Thoughts on “SFPD receive care package

It’s my understanding from a good source, that currently the SFPD is short 16 officers and that most are forced into overtime to cover all of the shifts.

Now, I have been extremely (In more ways than one) critical of how the SFPD handled the incident last week at 41st & Carolyn Ave, but regardless of their handling of that matter, I do not believe that officers are paid enough in this town, and given that fact, we definitely do not need the luxury of a “Chief of Culture” at city hall.

We need to get ahead of this apparent crisis with our PD and stop wasting money and time on city luxuries which do nothing to make us safer as a community; and I can only wonder how much of this crisis may have played a part in the “Fxxk-off” incident and its results from last week.

This guy delivering this package is a f@cking punk. If I were the cop at the window I would have exercised my 1st Amendment right and told him to f#ck off. This is disgusting!

  3. Belfrage and his Trumpers were ranting and raving this morning of how horrible this was. Funny, our president insults people all day long, and every morning Belfrage defends him and says the people who call him out are ‘haters’. If you and Belfrage are willing to say our president are just as insulting or evern worse then Mark Burgess or James Freeman, then I will play along. Otherwise, I really don’t care.

First and Foremost, lets stay local because I think many of us tend to agree on 80% of what is right and wrong. I will not defend the President remarks all the time as he often goes over the line and some comments I am left scratching my head. Some I think are spot on and need to be said.

That being said, this guy is a TOOL flat out. This guy is just looking to cause problems and has nothing better to do. The poor guy sitting at the desk, doing his job, gets to take the brunt of that from this clown for no reason. Lets keep it local and talk about local issues and local people. I would say 90%+ of Washington DC is a cease pool and rarely do anything to address real problems this country has, its all for show. This has nothing to do with Donald Trump, Greg Belfrage, or his callers. This is about THIS DUDE!

My question is, are you defending this guy’s actions and behavior?

  5. I think the officer in this video acted extremely professional. He didn’t react or freak out, he did what he was supposed to do, SERVE as a public servant. Remember, we pay their wages, they are supposed to serve us, and I commend him for not reacting.

The Trump reference has to do with Belfrage and his listeners NOT to you. Day after day they defend Trumps insults, but when this guy tells a cop to ‘F’off’ it’s the end of the world. Kettle, meet black.

I noticed that KELO is currently running a story about adding four officers to next year’s city budget. But this is not new news is it? Haven’t we known about this for almost two months? Or, is the 16 police officer short rumor definitely true and this is the city’s way of trying to spin it? But, if my math is then correct, too, then we must be 20 short and not just 16, huh?

Welp there it is. Scott identifies with these domestic terrorists and is okay with them treating his “servants” like dirt. I wonder if Stehly, Starr, and Brekke (his favorite servants of all) feel the same.

    Shocking,

Do you believe that domestic terrorists, once apprehended, should be immediately executed, or do you believe they first deserve a criminal, but civil, trial?

If you favor the latter, than you understand rights; and if you understand rights, then you understand – that in a free society – we cannot allow our law enforcement community to weaponize an inquiry (containing?) in a manner which potentially criminalizes free speech. And when you comprehend that, then you will understand that true rights are not the priviledges of some, but us all.

Oh, on an other note, KELO is starting to go big on this cop shortage issue here in town……#ThatABoy!

Say, let’s do some math for fun, shall we? Now, $1.5 million divided by $60,000, or maybe $ 100,000 by the time we include benefits, could mean that the State Theater bailout alone could help with the cop shortage for at least one year by hiring 15 new officers. Then the Chief of Culture salary could pay for one and half of these 15 new officers indefinitely.

But then again, we actually will need much more money, don’t we? Since, we will need to up the cop pay in this fine town to attract and enhance the quality of new law enforcement officers; but I would alledge that we already have this money, because safety is a number one issue for a community and a community that is not safe, can’t be number one.

A ‘watch’ of this video contributes, economically, to the channel operator. I refuse to do so.
I ask, “What was the point of THIS video?” Except as an attempt to demean and belittle someone; to bait them into an exchange?
Please don’t shovel more sanctimonious horse crap about these guys being patriot beacons, shining light upon the freedoms of the 1st amendment.
As noted above, they are nothing more than rabble-rousing, trouble-making scum.

What if I were to go to Mr. Burgess’ place of employment to perform such a stunt with him?
Oh! Wait. That’s right, I can’t! Ya’ wanna’ know why?

  11. GG – You point out the reason why the PD should have just ignored Burgess to begin with last Friday, because now the piling on has begun.

Perhaps, but the police took the bait and then weaponized questioning.

This guy is a jerk. That’s it. Why post footage?
