Hard to tell from that angle, but if the planet is behind the curb as it should be, it is likely it wasn’t a plow that hit it and instead was some idiot driver who was too busy looking for the Zanbros sign.
Who really cares. Even if it was a plow that hit it that just tells us they were placed too close to the street.
