What’s missing from the SF 2011 Code Enforcement goals? Justice.

I noticed they have a lot of goals, but due process isn’t one of them.

Kevin Smith (planning & zoning) did a rant on KELO yesterday. This guy is the harmless yappy little dog snapping at your heels. Someone will finally get enough of him and respond with a drop kick field goal. In city administration, he’s moved laterally but with more pay more than a few times. He’s the one who presides over city hearings that didn’t happen once someone asks an appeal. Appeals never happen because there’s no due process. It’s not Sioux Falls, it’s Bell California.

He’s going to have a lot of explaining to do as a witness in State Supreme Court.

Once again, let me state, without an appeals process (due process) the city has no authority in these matters. If you can’t back up a threat keep your freaking mouth shut.

I saw that blowjob on KELO last night. Typical “reporting” on their part.
