A question on the River Greenway project. I cannot see where any progress has been made in at least 3 months. I see large cement supports where the old rail crossing used to be , but still no bridge. That thing has already been built, by an out of town contractor, and sits in storage. Now Jeff is sprucing it up with quartzite? Why hasn’t it been layed across the river, and why has work virtually stopped on the project?

It’s a long recording. So many key points. This open forum proves how devious city government is. Devious to the point of being criminal. We deserve better leaders. What seems apparent is (at all levels) city personnel or politicians get rich from public money but hardly provide any service or productivity.

There has been progress, the rain and rock situation isn’t helping. I’m not defending it, I don’t think we need it, considering we are not building the EC there.
