He used “we”(not “I”) throughout the entire commercial.

Yes, he did. He just failed to use them in the commercial.

    Sioux Fallsian,

For anyone who has watched the Mayor for the past four years, we all know he meant to say “I”!!!!

Jennifer Holsen has done an excellent pc on her blog, jenholsen.blogspot.com, about the Huethers personal involvement in TIFs and the City Council’s recent action to protect the Mayor until after the election.

Remember this when you step into the voting booth April 8th.

And, also, don’t forget the two Councilors who are up for re-election who voted “YES” to delay the discussion about the Huethers and TIFs:

Michelle Erpenbach running in the Central District

Rex Rolfing running for an At-Large Seat

This election will be easy. Other than Huether, none of the encumbents, no to the pool. Let’s hope it rains so dead people can’t be dug up to vote.

  6. I would think the rain would make it easier to dig up the dead 🙂

At Democratic Forum today the mayor said some interesting things. He said that the EC would run in the black. He also said that people have been critical of the way he has run the city like a business, but it is working. One audience member reminded him that government is not business and should not be run that way, because unlike private enterprise, the citizens own our government. There was also a question about the super precints and where to vote and who made the decision to do that. Deer in the headlights. He had no idea who made the decision, someone said it was probably the city clerk or the school district. It was actually coaxing from SOS Gant so that he could pay off campaign contributors buy purchasing E-Poll book equipment. I find it funny how the city seems to think it is needed to educate the voters on the citizen ballot measures, but don’t educate the voters on where or how to vote. And as Bruce Danielson pointed out, no education materials on the city’s own three charter amendments. But hey they are ‘educating us’ not ‘advocating’.

  8. ISNT THERE SOME ONE BETTER TO RUN.

I’m voting for Gregg Jamison, yeah baby vote Sioux Falls for Jamison. Could this be on the banner at the Sanford Pentagon or would it cause a ruckus
