how much does it cost the city to have the lights on 7 days a week at every tennis court in town, and was that ordered by mmm himself?
Whew! Still room to land the Sanford Helicopter.
So that’s 2 players, one official, and 4 ballboys…
Doesn’t pay for the lights and certainly not the water bill.

P.S. Public golf courses are ordinarily not used in SD from November through March.
A few more cars and it’s gonna need a TIF for a two story 200 space parking garage.

Outdoor tennis courts are ordinarily not used in SD Nov through March. Thats WHY they built the indoor palace.
