Ludicrous. A good program but the city has no way to enforce citations without the courts. Ordinance is ‘judicial review’, not ‘appeal into circuit court’. The final decision is the city’s without due process. They have no authority for performance. Not ‘Burn Baby Burn’ but ‘Grow Untrimmed Grow’.
