    I listened. First of all, we’re lucky to have Theresa on the council. Councilors give a lot for their meager compensation. Theresa managed to touch on most every city significant subject. What seemed subliminally inferred is the mayor doesn’t work with the council. The council represents the people and the mayor himself. This is why there’s term limits. Perhaps the mayor should step down or be recalled before the end of his.
