I didn’t want to go down this rabbit hole because I didn’t want to give this person more press than he deserves. People who threaten public officials with guns really need to get their heads examined and I feel really bad for the council and the mayor to have to endure this.

I have never met Christopher except for a brief encounter at a council meeting where he said hi. I have never spoken to him by email, phone or via Facebook. The only thing I know about him is what I have seen at city council meetings.

But what I want to clarify is that Christopher William Bruce is NOT Bruce Danielson.

I have had multiple people over the past 24 hours asking me if they are one in the same. They are NOT, in fact they are almost complete opposites when it comes to philosophies about government. Danielson has also told me he has NEVER associated himself with this person.

While I am all for civil dissent of government, I do NOT condone violence or threats of violence. Do I come after public officials? Sure, but it is for their policy decisions, I could care less if they have a liquor cart and poker table in their office or take selfies in front of pot holes. Dissenting public officials should be about their actions as those officials.

9 Thoughts on “Cameraman Bruce is NOT Christopher Bruce

  1. I believe Christopher Bruce is harmless. He was talking in hyperbole. He is well studied in the area of 5G which doesn’t fit the agenda of the administration. Nothing wrong with having passion against something that could be harmful to the community. I wouldn’t call the statements Mr. Bruce said a threat. It’s call freedom of speech.

Whether it was or not, sane people don’t use words like ‘guns’ and ‘bullets’ when sending emails to elected officials. Sane people also don’t have blogs that have the background covered in blood. Just saying.

This is why there needs to be metal detectors installed at Carnegie.

  4. No silver bullet. Shooting for Tuesday. Just two examples of how pervasive gun language is in our everyday speech. Think about it: We bite the bullet, sweat bullets, ride shotgun, stick to our guns, jump the gun, go ballistic, and shoot from the hip. If she’s a straight-shooter, he’s a real pistol. Oh, he’s a little gun shy. What a hot shot. Son of a gun. Don’t shoot or kill the messenger who just happens to be Mr. Bruce.

Unfortunately they cannot because our brain dead, gun nut legislature has made it legal to carry concealed guns into public buildings.

Is it also true, that Bruce Willis had Bruce Lee killed? Or, do I just need to spruce up on my Hollywood history?

TV is a classic example of “its all ok until it isn’t”. Whackadoodles love whackadoodles. The guy is talking about donning body armor and getting a bigger gun? As soon as the cops ignored this wackjob and he did something wrong, people would be screaming “but the warning signs were all there!”. The other Bruce is actually a normal guy
