Why did the Democrats in Pierre vote to delay the impeachment inquiry?

When someone is saying yes, they are absolutely certain about something while also shaking their head “no”, the body language, not the voice, is what you need to attend to. His body language contradicts his words. Yes, he is lying about what he saw.

    From Google search:
This “telltale cluster” of nonverbal signals associated with lying are: hand touching, face touching, crossing arms, and leaning away. The university studies found that none of these cues by itself foretold a lie, but together they transformed into a highly accurate signal of deception.

Seen in videos. Investigators recreated the scene. Whether hitting a deer or a person, one would know. Leaving the scene can be construed as crime of hit and run. He needs a lawyer. Oh, he is the top lawyer in the state! Then, a good lawyer needs a better lawyer.

The beginning of the first clip is misleading in that it indicates the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation agents work for Ravnsborg.

Multiple sources (e.g., https://www.bhpioneer.com/local_news/nd-agent-who-interviewed-ravnsborg-previously-held-in-contempt/article_a81f656c-7dd8-11eb-86ab-fb1d2c1d6bf2.html) refute this.

That’s not an indication that Ravnsborg isn’t lying or that at least one agent’s (Agent Rummel) investigatory history may merit inquiry

Without Rummel, you are left with Gentle Ben’s Clint Howard. Maybe a bear – as a replacement – could get Jason to admit to the truth, however. So far this case involves Mayberry, Gentle Ben, and Hooterville all wrapped into one. Thus, it may take James West or Artemus Gordon to get to the bottom of it after all.

In keeping with the Wild Wild West theme, Hyde County Sheriff Volekito Loveless shouldn’t escape rebuke for seeming negligence and/or incompetence (and arguable preferential treatment of Ravnsborg), and he’s one individual Noem could’ve independently removed from office per SDCL 3-17-3 (https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes/Codified_Laws/2033559).

Had Sheriff Volek adequately investigated the accident scene and aftermath, ND BCI agents probably would not have been necessary
