Governor Noem has embarrassed the state consistently. Often what one thinks should not be said in public.

Mexico people hardly survive. One would not give away their child unless it’s the only answer. Noem should take the state plane across the border and see how horrible life is there.

Biden also has no choice. He’s asking for states to assist. There’s no answer for this tragedy but there can be some relief. Hispanics are an important segment of the US economy. They have taxes and social security deducted from their checks but don’t get a refund or credit. Likely, they’ve kept social security solvent. Labor needed in states mentioned is low income nobody else will take. It’s not a problem. It’s a solution.

Worst case, give them Texas and call it good.

Ironically, if ICE came to SD and decided to do stings at CAFOs and Packing Plants, deporting the illegals may significantly reduce out population. You also wonder how many LEGAL immigrants are housing illegal parents or other relatives? I agree, let them come here. Our country was built on immigrants after we stole the land from Natives.

It’s hard to have to admit I live in a state with a racist governor who ignores a public vote (marijuana) and travels the country as a spokesmodel for Donald Trump. I’ve shared this first on airline flights. Nobody believes it. I’m thinking live in SD but with a PO Box in Minnesota.

This governor allowed Sturgis and Wrestling. We can’t grow pot but we’re known for spreading Covid across the country.

A majority of Hispanics are democrat. If enough get citizenship we’d become a republican state. There’s enough single democrats here that K-1 marriages could add enough voters. Noem works to deport illegals so this won’t happen.

I cringe every time I hear the national media mention Noem’s name as a contender for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination. But like the SDSU promotional ad once said: “You can go anywhere from here.” Online included, I guess.
