THE FINAL PUSH

Marijuana is legal or decriminalized in neighboring states. Minnesota has opened up for other medication as well. As usual, South Dakota is last. This is a new agricultural crop that grows well on unproductive land and inside empty buildings. Surrounding states have better infrastructure and social services from the Sun Taxes. Their courts are not overwhelmed and jails crowded because of simple possession charges. It’s foolish to not legalize marijuana.

How come all of the people with pain aren’t signing like crazy? Or, are they still living within the ecstasy of a 73% win?

Fact: RED STATES led by their anti-income tax, right to work rules, pro-prosperity are fairing much better than Blue Pro-income Tax, more regulations, anti-job growth states. Just remember, thanks to South Dakota mainting its true constitutional beliefs, help create economic prosperity.

Legit issue that will pass public vote again. What concerns me is Noem will still be in office and along with her appointed minions, and they will figure out a way to suppress the will of the people (again) by forcing the issue to a court of her appointees. After all, the voters are dumb and she is protecting us….from us. By time this is passed, a new AG will be in place, who will be much more on step with the Govs views on MJ. Ironically his initials are also MJ.

  6. Mike,

Don’t forget that red states are what Romney once called “Takers”. The blue states pay the federal income taxes so red states, like South Dakota, can balance their state budgets with federal dollars.

( and Woodstock adds: “Yep, Uncle Sam is Kristi’s rich uncle”… )
