No Town Hall Weasels

1. What would really be gained by some town halls? Because we can be thankful that John, Mike, and Dusty are not true MAGAs. Although, they might be Vichy Republicans, who will definitely not receive the Profiles in Courage award anytime soon. Because they say that nowadays people don’t deal in facts, but rather the average voter deals in vibes. Would some town halls really help to create a new vibe? I don’t think so and until Democrats realize that it is no longer “It’s the economy, stupid,” but rather “It’s racism, stupid,” then Democrats will not regain the White House and any gains the Democrats will see in Congress in ’26 will be because Democrats showed-up and not because Democrats conveyed a convincing message which swayed voters. Now, I’m not suggesting that Democrats become racists, but they might want to get more serious ( and especially in this state) about voter registration if they want to establish a grand majority. But how do you do this in the Age of Vibes, and can it be done? Because people are living longer and people are having fewer babies. We are entering not only into an Age of Vibes, but also an Age of Stagnation or Future Stagnation, which becomes a politics of stand-off where one side feeds off racism, which is a vibe, while the other side is a party of races which easily identify themselves as the opposing side to the political racists.

   ( and Woodstock adds: “Hell, why is Dusty mad?….. If you ask me, for the first time this is a caricature of Dusty where doesn’t look like an extra from ‘Happy Days’….. ( ….. ” AND, why does Mike look like someone just told him the FBI is here to ask about EB-5, while John looks like he is morphing into John Boehner?”….. 🙁 )
