l3wis This was published on the front page of the Voices section of the SF Argus Leader to compliment a story by Patrick Lalley. I had attended the meeting and has utterly embarrassed by how little our city council knows about art.

This is one of my favorite toons. Growing up on a farm in Eastern South Dakota I learned alot about government subsidies to farmers. Published in the SF Argus Leader and various newspapers across SD.
