Is Sioux Falls becoming more Hip?

Well it may not be as cool as San Francisco (trust me, I have been there several times, and one of my favorite city’s) but it is getting better.

Some friends and I (close to my age) joked last night when we were at the block party that it’s too bad Sioux Falls wasn’t this cool when we were in our 20’s (I still think it was). But yes, it is getting much more fun. Don’t tell Huether though, he may throw a press conference about how hip he is.

    Is casinos on every corner more hip? How about an overcrowded Jail, closed indoor tennis, a restricted indoor swim center, a Pavillion that’s never shown a profit, flooding, etc.? This is what happens when there’s a business man mayor who played hooky from business courses.

    Sioux Falls was very cool in 1971. Had the only head shop in the state to buy black light posters and rolling papers, The Mocamba Club and beautiful hippy chicks. lol
