I want the one with crack in it’s head!
Two Sioux Empire Fair carnival workers have been arrested after police intercepted a package containing 37 grams of crack cocaine.
On Saturday, Sioux Falls Police were tipped off by Texas authorities about a shipment of drugs that was headed to the area.
Police were able to intercept the package before it was delivered and found a Lalaloopsy doll inside. Inside the head of the doll was 37 grams of crack cocaine.
Police repackaged the doll and the drugs and delivered it to a southwest Sioux Falls hotel. The man who received the package claimed it was for a friend.
Authorities ultimately arrested both men, 35-year-old Louis Frank Deak of Lawton, Oklahoma and 55-year-old John Thomas Whitfield Jr. of Houston, Texas.
Police say both men worked in the ‘kiddie land’ area at the Sioux Empire Fair.
Deak and Whitfield face numerous drug charges and will be in court Monday afternoon.

Obviously not a shocker when you are dealing with a very nomadic group of people. I am sure they thought us bumpkins up here in SD would ever be smart enough to be able to find the loot in the dollies head. The scary part that people do not realize is we are the perfect place for this to take place as our location on two major interstates in this country makes us prime for the exchange. Kudos to SF finest on following up with a lead and obviously carrying this out like pros!
What worries me more is these crackheads (literally) are running ride equipment for little kids. People are scared to go DT at night, but letting their kids ride on rides run by druggies is ok. Geesh.

How do you think they put up with that damn kiddy song and screaming brats all day. Cotton Candy is just a gateway drug. Now might be the most dangerous time to take a ride as their are going to be other carnies working through heavy withdraw.
Which brings me to my best idea ever. We need to put birth control into fair food. Go there and do a little people watching and you’ll know what I mean.

A friend said to me a few years back they should lace the public water supply with BC, and you have to pass an IQ test before you could get the antedote.
