That’s the first thing I thought when I saw the fumbling – FOX will be all over this. I hope Obama continues the policy of not calling on FOX reporters or granting interviews with the station.
Sometimes I think Roberts needs to slow his brain down so everyone else can catch up. I watched his confirmation hearing and was stuck by just how well and quickly he fired back at the senators asking questions. He made them all look dumb, which may not be a huge accomplishment in itself. But viewed from the senate floor looking up at a bunch of powerful people would cause most people to crack.
I actually agree that it is not a big deal…never even occurred to me that there would be a problem. But virtually every news outlet (including your favorite MSNBC) jumped on it, not just FOX. That’s the point.

Actually it was a bunch of constitutional law experts quoted in the San Francisco paper that were among those raising this…but hey.
Who cares, he signed the freaking papers. Just more wingnuts crying about the ‘little things.’
