Nevada has serious problems. Casino Revenue this year is 7 billion deficit. The only worse year was 1933 (great depression) when it was 400 million.
Obama was there this month and Las Vegas mayor refused to greet him because of what he said. Something like ‘in this economy companies should not be doing conventions in Las Vegas’.
I somewhat agree that Nevada governors private life is private. However, very stupid to go to a national function with your mistress. Apparently, what happens in Vegas also travels to DC.
