I got a tip last night about some breaking news about the city. I should have more details tonight, hopefully I can post them by 9:30 PM.

Wish I could say more, stay tuned.

Breaking news? In that case won’t the mayor interrupt normal broadcasting with all the media in eager anticipation?

  2. I dont even know what it is all about, but I have an inkling there will not be a press conference 🙂

Nice hook! Sounds like what they say on KELO before they cut to a commercial break. “Can walking your dog give you malaria? We’ll have more on that, after this break.”

  4. This is neither about Dogs or Malaria.

With breaking news, I hope they still have time for the weather show.

  6. I don’t think any of the TV stations will report this, if it is what I suspect it is.

  7. If none of the TV stations will cover it, this must mean that there’s a snowgate operator who actually made them work.

    Are the snow gates missing?

It actually has nothing to do with snowgates.

Let me guess…. you discovered that new “sewer line” they are installing through Yankton Trail Park is actually a private, underground bike lane for Patrick Lalley and friends?

Or maybe you have discovered that the real reason city water and sewer rates have increased is because the city has been forced to treat so much extra “effluent” coming directly from city hall?

    Am I close? I know I’m close.

I think the dogs and malaria comment is pretty damned close.
