I got a tip last night about some breaking news about the city. I should have more details tonight, hopefully I can post them by 9:30 PM.

    Or maybe you have discovered that the real reason city water and sewer rates have increased is because the city has been forced to treat so much extra “effluent” coming directly from city hall?
