Another propaganda film? Condos downtown are federal money intended for lower income but somehow ends up middle class. Why is there a problem finding affordable housing? Why do a majority of school children require lunch assistance? Why is crime out of control?
A tale of two cities right. Sioux Falls #1 has roughly 120,000 residents, most of then within the 29/90/229 corridor. They live week to week, and hope like hell they don’t get sick, and or depend on trumps idea of healthcare. Number 2, or about 40k residents, are made up of mostly two income earners who have enough stashed away to last a whole year if they lost their jobs.

Gee – for $1.5 MM those folks could have purchased an empty 80- foot wide lot on the Pacific coast.
One day we cite or are worried about affordable housing, then the next day some take pride in some of its extreme costs…..
I think, it is fair to say sadly, that “A Tale of Two Cities” continues on…. in our dear town….
Try to keep up rufus. We are talking about a town where $10 to $15 an hour, 30 hour weeks, no benefits, are the norm and not the exception.
