While I am not a fan of Pierre, it was refreshing to hear a SD mayor talk about infrastructure instead huffing and puffing about getting (unneeded) things done (building play palaces we don’t need – notice he also wore a baseball cap during his interview. Apparently Pierre lacks decorum . . . wait).
