I agree with Cory. EB-5 is Marxist in that it favors big business. A few Koreans bought citizenship in exchange for huge dairy farm investments. Those operations went bankrupt but not before they forced small dairy farms out of business. How does this help South Dakota? How are promised jobs created.
Similarly, the city of Sioux Falls is engaged in hotel building. We don’t have enough hotel rooms because hoteliers must bribe politicians and use overpriced incompetent mayor approved contractors.
