Okay, I finally got this song out of my head. Then CNN had to play it again! Cooked Rabbit played this song for me a couple of weeks back, and could’nt get it out of my head for at least a week. Maybe it’s the Bob Marley fan in me, but I love reggae. I think he should change the lyrics though since Obama has gone against separation of church and state and wiped his ass with the 4th Amendment. BTW, guess who voted against FISA? Yup, the presidential candidate who got the most votes in the Democratic primaries, Hillary Clinton. Suck on that Obama supporters! Fairytale is right.
it’s truly a sad thing when we start to think that obama will always say and do the ‘right’ thing. i don’t believe rational people (and i think bo is) make choices based on multiple reasons.
probably the biggest issue obama faced in this vote is the perception of his vote. had he voted against it it would be a HUGE way for the right to portray him as ‘weak on terror’.
MOST rational people would not see it that way but look at what the right did with the rev wright stuff. it is a SAD conclusion to realize that people don’t know, don’t care, don’t fully listen or understand. i can only imagine what fodder and sound bites would have rang out it the right would have gotten the chance.
americans STILL think saddam had something to do with 9-11, and that were justified in attacking iraq even tho bush, chenney and the other liars have finally admitted no link.
i’m sure obama has deeper reasons and hopefully he will explain them. i do think it’s fresh tho how mccain can poke at obama’s vote when he didn’t even show up to vote.
