Round 2: Developer-Gate
I filed this OPINION form today in the City Attorney’s office (not a complaint). I am asking for an opinion from the Ethics committee on whether or not Jamison and Litz can vote on raising platting developer fees. I already have a feeling on how they will rule, but it will be nice to get a definitive answer. I don’t know how much more I can take of seeing Litz on TV babbling. Wonder if he has been hanging out with De?
